Opengelako bazkideek bat egin dute ‘EU Peers’-ekin

Helburu komunak lortzeko Europa mailan sinergiak sortu nahian, gero eta gehiago dira ‘EU Peers‘-ekin, Etxebizitza Berritzeko Zerbitzu Integratuetarako Praktiken Europako Komunitatearekin (SIRH), bat egiten ari diren BIRTUOSS-Opengela proiektuko 14 erakunde bazkideetako kideak. LIFE programak ere finantzatzen du ekimen hau. Izan ere, BIRTUOSSeko hiru bazkide (GNE Finance, Fedarene eta GBCe) ‘EU Peers’-en partzuergoko kideak dira.

‘EU Peers’ proiektuaren helburua Etxebizitzak Berritzeko Zerbitzu Integratuak (IHRS) garatzen eta sustatzen laguntzea da, Europar Batasunean bizitegi-berrikuntza energetikoa bizkortzeko funtsezko tresna gisa. Horretarako, finantzaketa-tresnen zabalkundea eta jarraipena egitea eta eremuko profesionalak konektatzea planifikatzen du, arazoak elkarlanean konpontzeko. Praktiken komunitate honek sarrera eta parte hartzeko aukera ugari eskaintzen ditu, kide guztiei mesede egiteko. Leihatila Bakarrei eta IHRSetan interesa duten beste alderdi batzuei irekita dago.

Opengela partners join EU Peers

Opengela partners join EU Peers

In their desire to create synergies at European level to achieve common goals, more and more members of the 14 partners of the BIRTUOSS-Opengela project are joining the EU Peers, the European Community of Practice for Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS), also funded by the LIFE programme. In fact, three of the BIRTUOSS partners (GNE Finance, Fedarene and GBCe) are members of the EU Peers consortium.

The EU Peers project aims to support the development and promotion of Integrated Home Renovation Services (IHRS) as key tools to accelerate residential energy renovation in the European Union. To this end, it plans to disseminate and monitor financing tools and connect professionals in the field for collaborative problem solving. This community of practice offers multiple entry points and opportunities for participation to benefit all members. It is open to One-Stop-Shops and other IHRS stakeholders.

Los socios de Opengela se unen a EU Peers 

Los socios de Opengela se unen a EU Peers 

En su deseo por generar sinergias a nivel europeo para conseguir objetivos comunes, cada vez son más los miembros de las 14 entidades socias del proyecto BIRTUOSS-Opengela que se están uniendo de EU Peers, la Comunidad Europea de Prácticas para los Servicios Integrados de Renovación del Hogar (SIRH), financiada también por el programa LIFE. De hecho, tres de los socios de BIRTUOSS (GNE Finance, Fedarene y GBCe) son miembros del consorcio de EU Peers.

El proyecto EU Peers tiene como objetivo apoyar el desarrollo y la promoción de los Servicios Integrados de Renovación de Viviendas (SIHR) como herramientas clave para acelerar la renovación energética residencial en la Unión Europea. Para ello, planea la difusión y seguimiento de herramientas de financiación y la conexión de profesionales del ámbito para la resolución colaborativa de problemas. Esta comunidad de prácticas ofrece múltiples puntos de entrada y oportunidades de participación para beneficiar a todos los miembros. Está abierta a las Ventanillas Únicas y a otras partes interesadas en los SIHR.

BIRTUOSS-Opengela proiektuak Batzar Nagusia egin du

BIRTUOSS proiektuaren lehen urteurrenean, joan den urriaren 10ean, Bilbon, Bizkaia Plaza eraikinean, Batzar Nagusia egin zen. Bertan, Opengelako 14 erakunde bazkideetako ordezkariek Europako Batzordearen LIFE programak finantzatutako proiektu europarraren aurrerapenei buruz eztabaidatu zuten, eta bere etorkizuna definituko duten jarraibideak ezarri zituzten.

Gainera, bilerak Mikel Gargallo Eusko Jaurlaritzako Lurralde Plangintzaren eta Hiri Agendaren zuzendari berria ofizialki aurkezteko balio izan zuen, bera baita proiektuaren koordinatzailea.

Partzuergoaren buru Eusko Jaurlaritzako Lurralde Plangintza eta Hiri Agendaren Zuzendaritza da. Bertan, sartzen dira Energiaren Euskal Erakundea (EEE), Bilboko Udal Etxebizitzak (VVMM), Ingurumeneko (Aclima), Eraikuntzako (Build: Inn) eta Teknologia Elektronikoen eta Informazioaren (GAIA) klusterrak, Euskal Herriko Unibertsitateko (UPV/EHU) CAVIAR ikerketa-taldea, EDE Fundazioa, Cíclica kooperatiba (deskarbonizazio-estrategietan aditua), baita finantzaketan (GNE Finance), komunikazioan (Gabineteseis) eta Europako gaietan (Zabala Innovation) adituak diren enpresak ere, eta Europako eremuko bi erakunde ere bai, Fedarene (Energiarako eta Ingurumenerako Agentzia eta Eskualdeen Europako Federazioa) eta Espainiako Eraikuntza Jasangarrirako Kontseilua (GBCe).

The BIRTUOSS-Opengela project holds its General Assembly

On October 10th, to mark the first anniversary of the launch of the BIRTUOSS project, the Plaza Bizkaia building in Bilbao hosted its General Assembly, where representatives of Opengela’s 14 partner organisations discussed the progress of the European project financed by the European Commission‘s LIFE programme, and set the guidelines that will define its future.

In addition, the meeting was an opportunity to officially introduce the new director of Territorial Planning and Urban Agenda of the Basque Government, Mikel Gargallo, who is the coordinator of the project.

The consortium is led by the Department of Territorial Planning and Urban Agenda of the Basque Government. It also includes the Basque Energy Agency (EVE), Bilbao Municipal Housing (VVMM), the clusters of Environment (Aclima), the Construction Industry (Build:Inn) and Knowledge and Technology (GAIA), the CAVIAR research group of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), EDE Fundazioa, the Cíclica cooperative (specialist in decarbonisation strategies), as well as companies with expertise in financing (GNE Finance), communication (Gabineteseis) and European affairs (Zabala Innovation), and also two European-level bodies such as Fedarene (European Federation of Energy and Environment Agencies and Regions) and Green Building Council Spain (GBCe).

El proyecto BIRTUOSS-Opengela celebra su Asamblea General

Coincidiendo con el primer aniversario del lanzamiento del proyecto BIRTUOSS, el pasado 10 de octubre el edificio Plaza Bizkaia, en Bilbao, acogió su Asamblea General, donde representantes de las 14 entidades socias de Opengela debatieron sobre los avances del proyecto europeo financiado por el programa LIFE de la Comisión Europea, y marcaron las pautas que definirán su futuro.

Además, el encuentro sirvió para presentar de manera oficial al nuevo director de Planificación Territorial y Agenda Urbana del Gobierno Vasco, Mikel Gargallo, que ejerce de coordinador en el proyecto.

El consorcio está liderado por la Dirección de Planificación Territorial y Agenda Urbana del Gobierno Vasco. También se incluyen el Ente Vasco de la Energía (EVE), Viviendas Municipales de Bilbao (VVMM), los clústeres de Medio Ambiente (Aclima), Construcción (Build:Inn) y Conocimiento y Tecnología (GAIA), el grupo de investigación CAVIAR de la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU), EDE Fundazioa, la cooperativa Cíclica (especialista en estrategias de descarbonización), así como empresas expertas en financiación (GNE Finance), comunicación (Gabineteseis) y asuntos europeos (Zabala Innovation), y también dos organismos de ámbito europeo como Fedarene (Federación Europea de Agencias y Regiones para la Energía y Medio Ambiente) y el Consejo para la Edificación Sostenible de España (GBCe).

Opengela #OSS4RenovationClusterraren parte izango da

HORISek (Home Renovation Integrated Services), LIFE programa europarrak finantzatutako proiektuak, Europa osoko leihatila bakarren proiektuak biltzen dituen kluster bat jarri du martxan.
Proiektuek, horien artean BIRTUOSS-Opengela, EBren LIFE programak ere finantzatua, indarrak batzen dituzte herritarrei beren etxebizitzak berritzen laguntzeko. Gehienek konponbide berritzaileak lantzen dituzte, hala nola leihatila bakarrak, berroneratze prozesuaren urrats bakoitzean egoiliarrei laguntzeko.

Leihatila bakarreko proiektuen belaunaldi berria funtsezkoa da elkarrengandik eta dauden proiektuetatik ikasteko. Hala, taldea hilero biltzen da eguneratzeak partekatzeko eta energetikoki eraginkorrak diren eraikinak berritzeko ezagutzak trukatzeko. Proiektu gehienak One-Stop-Shops plataformak (leihatila bakarrekoak) garatzeko hasierako fasean daude, eta bidean elkarri laguntzen diote. Taldeak dagoeneko ospatu du OSS plataformen garapenari buruzko lehen workshopa.

Opengelaz gain, parte-hartzaileen artean daude EU Peers; CondoReno; Leap; MultiHome Project edo Reverter.

Opengela will become part of the #OSS4RenovationCluster

Opengela will become part of the #OSS4RenovationCluster

HORIS (Home Renovation Integrated Services), a project funded by the European LIFE programme, has launched a cluster bringing together one-stop-shop projects from all over Europe.

The projects, including BIRTUOSS-Opengela, also funded by the EU’s LIFE programme, join forces to help citizens renovate their homes. Most are working on innovative solutions such as one-stop-shops to help residents at every step of the renovation process.

The new generation of one-stop-shop projects is key to learning from each other and from existing projects. Thus, the group meets monthly with the aim of sharing updates and exchanging knowledge on energy efficient building renovation. Most of the projects are in the early stages of developing One-Stop-Shops platforms and support each other along the way. The group has already held its first workshop on OSS platform development.

In addition to Opengela, participants include EU Peers; CondoReno; Leap; MultiHome Project or Reverter.
