‘Opengela auzoak’ biziberritzeko inbertsioek aurrera egin dute

Olasogain Berritzeneko lanak (Elgoibar)

Opengela ereduaren bidez (hurbileko bulego bat barne) hiri-berroneratzea bultzatzen ari diren Euskadiko auzoek inbertsioek eta beren eraikinetako obrek aurrera nola egiten duten egiazta dezakete.

Araban, adibidez, Amurrioko Udalak Goikolarra auzoko eraikinak birgaitzeko laguntzak onartu ditu, eta babes publikoko etxebizitzak eraikitzeko lurzoru publikoaren lagapenean aurrera egin du, gizarteratzea eta iraunkortasuna sustatzeko helburuarekin.

Bizkaian, Otxarkoaga auzoko Txotena kalearen ingurua erabat hobetzeko obren bigarren faseari ekingo dio Bilboko Udalak. Obra gauzatzeko epea sei hilabetekoa izango da, eta bi fasetan egingo da, herritarrei ahalik eta kalte gutxien eragiteko.

Proiektuaren helburu nagusia eremu osoa landareztatzea da. Horretarako, dauden berdeguneetan jardungo da, eta azalera naturala handituko duten jardinera berriak sortuko dira. Loreontzi berri horiek oinezkoak fatxadetatik bereizteko ere balioko dute, espazio publikoaren jarraitutasuna mantenduz eta etxebizitzetatik hurbil dauden egonaldi-espazioak hobetuz.

Gipuzkoan, Elgoibarko Olasogain Berritzen programako Sigmako etxebizitza-eraikinak osorik birgaitzeko obrak irailean hasi ziren, eta 2025eko urrian amaitzea aurreikusten da. Olasogain Opengela SIGMA eskola zaharretan dago, eta Degebesak kudeatzen du, Udalarekin sinatutako lankidetza-hitzarmenari esker.

Investments in the revitalisation of the ‘Opengela neighbourhoods’ move forward

Neighbourhoods in the Basque Country that are undergoing urban regeneration through the Opengela model (including a neighbourhood office) can already see how investments and works are making progress in their buildings.

In Alava, for example, Amurrio City Council has approved grants for the refurbishment of buildings in the Goikolarra neighbourhood and is making progress in the transfer of public land for the construction of social housing with the aim of promoting social inclusion and sustainability.

In Biscay, Bilbao City Council will undertake the second phase of the works for the comprehensive improvement of the area around Txotena Street in the neighbourhood of Otxarkoaga. The works, which will be carried out in two phases to minimise the impact on the public, will take six months to complete.

The main objective of the project is to replant the entire area. To this end, the existing green areas will be improved and new planters will be created to increase the natural surface area. These new planters will also serve to separate passers-by from the façades, preserving the continuity of the public space and improving the recreational areas near the houses.

In Gipuzkoa, the comprehensive refurbishment work on the Sigma residential buildings of the Olasogain Berritzen programme in Elgoibar began in September and is expected to be completed in October 2025. Olasogain Opengela, located in the former SIGMA schools, is managed by Degebesa, thanks to the collaboration agreement signed with the City Council.

Avanzan las inversiones en la revitalización de los ‘barrios Opengela’

Los barrios de Euskadi que se están sometiendo a la regeneración urbana mediante el modelo Opengela (incluida una oficina de proximidad) ya pueden comprobar cómo avanzan las inversiones y las obras en sus edificios.

En Álava, por ejemplo, el Ayuntamiento de Amurrio ha aprobado ayudas para la rehabilitación de edificios en el barrio de Goikolarra y avanza en la cesión de suelo público para la construcción de viviendas de protección pública con el objetivo de promover la inclusión social y la sostenibilidad.

En Bizkaia, el Ayuntamiento de Bilbao abordará la segunda fase de las obras de mejora integral del entorno de la calle Txotena, en el barrio de Otxarkoaga. El plazo de ejecución de esta obra, que se abordará en dos fases para minimizar las afecciones a la ciudadanía, será de seis meses.

El objetivo principal del proyecto es el de revegetar toda la zona. Para ello, se actuará sobre las áreas verdes existentes y se generarán nuevas jardineras que aumenten la superficie natural. Estas nuevas jardineras servirán también para separar a los transeúntes de las fachadas, conservando la continuidad del espacio público y mejorando los espacios estanciales próximos a las viviendas.

En Gipuzkoa, las obras de rehabilitación integral de los edificios de viviendas de Sigma del programa Olasogain Berritzen en Elgoibar comenzaron en septiembre y se prevé que finalicen en octubre de 2025. Olasogain Opengela, ubicada en las antiguas escuelas de SIGMA, está gestionada por Degebesa, gracias al acuerdo de colaboración firmado con el Ayuntamiento.
