- Yes, the Basque Government and the City Council have made subsidies available for:
- Drawing up the Technical Building Inspection certificate (ITE), if you do not already have it
- Fire safety
- Universal accessibility (installation of an elevator…)
- Improvement in the energy efficiency of facades, insulation of roofs and installations
- Yes, I will receive financial aid if my community of owners agrees to foster these courses of action
- Yes, there is supplementary aid for homes with fewer resources
- Yes, there will be special credit terms to help with financing
