BUILD UP-ek, eraikinetako energia-eraginkortasunari eta energia berriztagarriei buruzko Europako atariak, hileko gaia lehiatila bakarrei (One-stop-shops) eskaintzen die egoiliarrei laguntzeko.

Testuinguru horretan, FEDARENEk artikulu batean aztertzen du Europako hainbat ekimen nola bultzatzen ari diren etxebizitzen birgaitze energetikoa, eta Opengela sartzen du adibide nabarmenetako bat gisa.

Bertan, Opengela ereduaren eta auzo-komunitateei birgaitze-prozesu osoan laguntzen dieten auzo-bulegoen sarearen balioa aitortzen da: aholkularitza teknikotik eta administrazio- eta finantza-kudeaketatik hasi eta gizarte-bitartekaritzaraino eta komunitate-laguntzaraino. 6.400 pertsonak baino gehiagok eta 2.700 etxebizitzak baliatu dute ikuspegi integral hori.

Gainera, testuak erakusten du nola EU Peers eta CitizenLedRenovation (CLR) bezalako ekimenek osatzen eta zabaltzen duten lan hori estatuan eta Europan, energia-trantsizioa bizkortzeko ekosistema koordinatuagoa sortuz.

Technical Article: Strengthening residential energy renovations through one-stop-shops across scales of action and support

BUILD UP, the European portal on energy efficiency and renewable energy in buildings, dedicates its topic of the month to the role of one-stop shops in supporting residents.

In this context, FEDARENE analyses in an article how various European initiatives are promoting residential energy renovation and includes the Opengela as one of the notable examples.

The article recognises the value of the Opengela model and its network of neighbourhood offices that accompany local communities throughout the renovation process: from technical advice and administrative and financial management to social mediation and community support. More than 6,400 people and 2,700 dwellings have already benefited from this comprehensive approach.

In addition, the text shows how initiatives such as EU Peers and CitizenLedRenovation (CLR) complement and extend this work at national and European level, creating a more coordinated ecosystem to accelerate the energy transition.

Artículo técnico: Fortalecimiento de las renovaciones energéticas residenciales mediante ventanillas únicas en todas las escalas de acción y apoyo

BUILD UP, el portal europeo sobre eficiencia energética y energías renovables en edificios, dedica su tema del mes al papel de las ventanillas únicas (One-stop-shops) en el apoyo a los residentes.

En este contexto, FEDARENE analiza en un artículo cómo distintas iniciativas europeas están impulsando la rehabilitación energética residencial e incluye a Opengela como uno de los ejemplos destacados.

En él, se reconoce el valor del modelo Opengela y de su red de oficinas de barrio que acompañan a comunidades vecinales en todo el proceso de rehabilitación: desde el asesoramiento técnico y la gestión administrativa y financiera, hasta la mediación social y el apoyo comunitario. Más de 6.400 personas y 2.700 viviendas ya se han beneficiado de este enfoque integral.

Además, el texto muestra cómo iniciativas como EU Peers y CitizenLedRenovation (CLR) complementan y amplían este trabajo a escala nacional y europea, creando un ecosistema más coordinado para acelerar la transición energética.
